Directions (Q.1-5) : In each Question below given three statement followed by three conclusions numbered I , II and III have been given. you have to take  the  given statement to be true even if they seem to be at variance with commonly known facts and then decide which of the given conclusions logically follows from the given statement disregarding known facts.


1. Statement:   Some cars are trucks.           No train is a truck.             Some trains are jeeps.
   Conclusions:   I. Some jeeps are not trucks.             II. Some cars are not trains.

6. Statement:   All erasers are pens.           All pens are boxes.               No eraser is a pencil.
    Conclusion:  I. No box is a pencil.                      II. some pens being pencils is a possibility.

7. Statement:   Some tests are unpleasant.              All unpleasant things need to be avoided.
    Conclusion:  I. Some tests need to avoided.       II. All test being unpleasant is a possibility.

8. Statement:   Some forest are dark and horrible.        
                         Dark and horrible places  are filled with Freudian imagery.
    Conclusion: I. At least some horrible places are forest.  
                         II. All horrible forest being dark is a possibility.

9. Statement:   Some fire fighters are fit.                                 All fire fighters are courageous.
                          All courageous people are army men.
   Conclusion:  I. All fire fighters are army men.                     
                        II. All courageous people can never be fit.

10. Statement:   No lawyers are enthusiastic.                            All enthusiastic people are positive. 
                           No positive people are honest.  
   Conclusion:  I. No honest people are enthusiastic.
                         II. All positive people being lawyers is a possibility.
