Administrative Officers -205 Posts (Scale-I)
Eligibility Criteria :
Graduation in any degree (UG or PG ) with at least 60% marks ,55% for SC/ST as on 20.04.2017
Age 21-30 yrs of age ,as on 1-03-2017 (+5yrs for SC/ST , +3 yrs for OBC , +10 yrs for PWD , +8 yrs for existing employees of public sector general insurance companies).
Salary :
Total salary for AO would be Rs.51,000/ month in metro cities that Includes various allowances & benefits .The take home salary may be approx Rs.35,000-42,000/ month depending on the Posting location .
Selection Process:
Applicants for NICL AO recruitment should appear an online exam comprising of two stages.
- Phase I:Preliminary Exam for 100 Marks
- Phase II:Main Exam (Objective test for 200 marks & Descriptive test for 30 marks)
Note:For Each wrong answer in objective test (Prelims & mains ) - 0.25 marks would be reduced as negative Marking.
The final Selection will be done based on your performance in mains & personal Interviews.
Service Bond:
At the time of joining selected candidates are required to serve company for a minimum period of 4 years including 1 year of probation. In case of resigning from the company before the end of bond period ,one must pay 1 year's gross salary in addition to an amount of Rs.25,000 towards partial cost of training.
